Abdur-Razaq Kasim is an accomplished professional land surveyor with more than 30 years of experience delivering complex surveying and geospatial projects across Nigeria. He holds a B.Sc. in Surveying and an M.Sc. in Geography & Planning from the University of Lagos, complemented by advanced training in Planning, Business Management, and Geographic Information Systems (GIS).
He is the Chairman of the Nigerian Institution of Surveyors (NIS), Lagos State Branch (since 2022) and previously served as a Council Member of SURCON (2022–2023).
Mr. Kasim is the Managing Partner of OAK Surveys, a leading Lagos-based surveying and geo-information firm known for its technical excellence and reliability. He is a Fellow of the Nigerian Institution of Surveyors, with professional interests spanning land governance, environmental management, and sustainable urban expansion.
Wale Irokosu is a respected legal practitioner, strategist, and cross-disciplinary thinker with strong expertise in litigation, electricity regulation, capital markets, and commercial law. He is the Co-Founder & Managing Partner of Probitas Partners LLP, Senior Partner at SQS Consulting, and Founder of SQS Publishing.
He holds an LLM in Maritime Law (University of Wales, Cardiff), LLB (University of Central England), and is an alumnus of the Nigerian Law School. His professional affiliations include: Institute of Directors (IoD); Associate Member, Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers; Associate, Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK) and; Chartered Institute of Taxation.
Wale has served on the National Executive Committee of the Nigerian Bar Association, numerous policy and education committees, and several boards including the Ovie Brume Foundation and Ansar-Ur-Deen Grammar School.
He is also active in community development networks such as the Isale Eko Descendants’ Union and is a member of Lagos Polo Club, Ikoyi Club, and other civic associations.
Monir Eid-Arimoku is a highly experienced real estate investment professional and Shari’ah-compliant fund strategist with over 25 years of global experience. He is a graduate of University College London (BEng Civil & Environmental Engineering) and holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Property Development & Planning from London South Bank University.
He became a Professional Associate of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) in 2000 while working with ATIS Real, later to become BNP Parisba Real Estate, Europe’s largest property advisory firm at the time, where he delivered investment strategies for clients including Barclays Bank, HSBC, EDF, Consignia, and the NHS.
Monir has advised on major international real estate investments, including: Qitaf Pan-GCC Shari’ah Fund (Kuwait); GARE Fund -First Shari’ah-compliant Real Estate Fund in the United Kingdom and; GARE France - First Shari’ah-compliant Real Estate Fund in France.
He is widely regarded as an expert in Shari’ah-compliant real estate investment and has lectured internationally on Islamic finance, structured real estate funds, and cross-border property development strategies.
